Maintaining Your eqMac Pro Subscription

Renewal Process:

• Automatic Renewal: Your eqMac Pro subscription renews each month or year on the date of your initial setup. For example, if you created the subscription on the 5th of March, it will renew on the 5th of April for monthly subscriptions, or on the 5th of March next year for yearly subscriptions.

• Email Reminder: Three days before your subscription renewal, you'll receive an email reminder. This notification gives you the opportunity to review your subscription and make any necessary adjustments, including canceling the renewal if desired.

Payment Method:

• Maintain Payment Method: To ensure seamless renewal of your eqMac Pro subscription, please ensure that your payment method is up to date. If your payment method has an expiry date, update it promptly to prevent any interruptions in your access to eqMac Pro.
